She is founder and director of the educational centre "helpers circle" in Berlin. There she gives further training on the topic of self-regulation and self-protection so that helpers stay good and healthy in the long term.  For several years she has taught gender- and diversity-sensitive mathematics classes at the Free University of Berlin and gives courses on the topic of math trauma/math fear for the Berlin Senate.
